Private Camps

First, decide which camp you’d prefer, and select your top 2 Private Camp date requests.

Next, click here to download the Private Camp Team Roster. Fill it out in its entirety, and save it as “Your Team Name – Team Roster”. You’ll need to attach it to your registration form submission.

Each member of your team will need completed Medical Release and General Release form.

2026 Medical History Release Form

  • This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.
  • This form and the accompanying Medical Authorization Release Form must be completed by each participant identified below (“Participant”) and by Participant’s parent or guardian (if Participant is under 18 years of age) and returned to American All-Star, LLC before Participant may attend or participate in an American All-Star, LLC sponsored activity. Participant and Participant’s undersigned parent or guardian may be hereinafter referred to collectively as “Applicants”. This form and the accompanying Medical Authorization Release Form may be released to any third party in order that Participant may receive medical care in the event of illness or injury. This form must be completed in full and signed by all parties referenced herein.

  • In consideration of American All-Star, LLC, allowing Participant to participant in an American All-Star, LLC sponsored activity, Applicants consent to and/or agree to the following:

    Applicants represent, warrant, and verify that Participant is free from illnesses and injuries and that Participant is physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in all activities associated with the American All-Star, LLC sponsored activity. Participant’s participation in activities and events sponsored by American All-Star, LLC is voluntary. Applicants consent to administration of first aid and/or other medical treatment to Participant in the event of injury or illness and release and indemnify American All-Star, LLC from any and all liability or claims arising out of said administration of first aid and/or other medical treatment.

    The undersigned parent or guardian of Participant hereby represents and warrants that he/she is the legal guardian of Participant and that he/she is authorized to bind himself/herself and Participant to the terms and conditions set forth herein. The undersigned parent or guardian agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless American All-Star, LLC and/or their respective members, managers, representatives, officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, assigns, medical personnel, and invitees (“Releasees”) from any loss, liability, cost, claim, or damages whatsoever that may be imposed upon Releasees because of any defect or lack of authority to take the actions described herein on behalf of the Participant. The undersigned parent or guardian has read and understands all of the above and voluntarily signs this document. The undersigned parent or guardian further agrees that he/she has not relied upon any representations, statements, or inducements apart from the foregoing written agreement.

2026 General Release Form

Traditional Private Camps (held at school site) include:

  • Custom schedule by coach and team for dance class instruction, officer leadership class, and technique.
  • Schedule is 8:30-4:30.
  • Years at Camp Awards
  • Outstanding Dancer Awards
  • All-Star Selections
  • Custom choreography at an additional cost.

Flat Rate Camp Costs (8 members or less):

  • 1 Day Camp – $840.00
  • 2 Day Camp – $1,400.00
  • 3 Day Camp – $1,560.00
  • 4 Day Camp – $1640.00
  • 5 Day Camp – $1,760.00

Per Person Camp Costs (teams with more than 8 members):

  • 1 Day Camp – $105.00 Per Camper
  • 2 Day Camp – $175.00 Per Camper
  • 3 Day Camp – $195.00 Per Camper
  • 4 Day Camp – $205.00 Per Camper
  • 5 Day Camp – $220.00 Per Camper

Elite Private Camps (held at school site) include:

  • 4 Day Elite Schedule
  • One dinner per dancer (Day Three)
  • 4 – 8 AAS routines
  • 1 custom routine or an additional AAS routine
  • Game Day Routines and practice time
  • Breakout Classes

  • Ribbons for Individual Evaluations
  • Trophies for Home Routine and Competition Routine evaluations

A NONREFUNDABLE deposit of $75 is due with registration. No refunds will be given within 14 days of the first day of camp.
